We deliver within Thailand only. Orders in Phuket are delivered the same day. The rest of Thailand takes 3–5 days. All parcels are tracked, and we send you the tracking details in your Telegram chat.
Shipping is free on orders of ฿3,000 or more. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown in your cart before you order.
Orders are placed through our Telegram chat, @DRPEPRPHUKET. The cart writes your order out for you; press send to submit it. We confirm stock and give payment details in the chat.
We accept PromptPay and USDT. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.
No change-of-mind returns or refunds. All sales are final once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, message us on Telegram within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.
Unopened vials: keep sealed, dry and out of light. Refrigerate (2–8 °C) for short-term storage and freeze (about −20 °C) for long-term storage.
Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protect from light and do not freeze the solution. This is general guidance; the certificate of analysis and the compound itself take priority.
